We will happily provide you with a ticket to both days of Congress. We will also pay your reasonable travel expenses within the UK to and from Stratford-upon-Avon. It would help if you could give us an idea of what this cost would be below (a rough idea is fine, just to help us budget!).

To ensure a stress free experience, if you are speaking before 12.00 we will book accommodation at The Crowne Plaza the night before your session. If you are speaking on both days of Congress we will book accomodation on the Thursday night. If you would like to book additional nights please contact the hotel on... If your situation does not fit the provisions of our expenses policy for speaker accommodation, please elaborate!
