EXHIBITION STAFF DETAILS
Please ensure you have completed the details of the people attending including any dietary requirements.
Natasha’s Law means that the hotel will require an email contact of anyone with a food allergy so they can get in touch prior to the event to ensure the safe delivery of food and drink.
These details are compulsory and required by 30th March at the latest.

RISK ASSESSMENT FORM:
A Risk Assessment is compulsory and required by 30th March 2026 at the latest. Please send your completed Risk Assessment to lou@custardpr.co.uk.
