EXHIBITOR PROFILE FORM:
Your profile can be seen here, if you would like to make any amends or are yet to submit your information please email lou@custardpr.co.uk.
Please also ensure you have sent a contact email address, phone number and social links for inclusion in the event guide, you can include this on the Extras Form with your staff details.
EXHIBITION STAFF DETAILS
Please ensure you have completed the details of the people attending including any dietary requirements.
Natasha’s Law means that the hotel will require an email contact of anyone with a food allergy so they can get in touch prior to the event to ensure the safe delivery of food and drink.
These details are compulsory and required by 30th March at the latest.
RISK ASSESSMENT FORM:
A Risk Assessment is compulsory and required by 30th March 2025 at the latest. Please send your completed Risk Assessment to lou@custardpr.co.uk
ACCOMODATION:
You can book accommodation directly with the hotel this year. Please ensure you book quickly as there are only a limited number of rooms available.
Contact the hotel by calling 01789 279917 and quoting T4M to get the preferential congress rate.

You may also get emails offering attendee details from our events but these are also scams and there is no way they have access to our data. This is happening to exhibitors across all exhibitions so if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
