Accommodation
For 2025 all delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation bookings directly with the hotel. We highly recommend booking your accommodation as soon as you have paid for your ticket as we have negotiated special rates for your stay and they are only available by booking onto the VMG group booking. Please be aware that there are a limited number of rooms available on the VMG group booking. Should you choose to stay elsewhere, there are many options available in the area.
