What's Included in the Ticket
- Two day event tickets include all Congress sessions on 25th and 26th April 2024
- All lunch, snacks and refreshments during the day
- Evening welcome drinks and canapes on Wednesday 24th April get together
- 'Walk & Talk' session along the river Avon on 26 April
- Opportunity for a free professional headshot on 25th April
- Day pass tickets include Congress sessions and activities planned on your chosen day
Accommodation
All delgates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. There are limited spaces available on the VMG Group booking so it is advised that you make your accommodation booking after booking your tickets to attend Congress 2025. Should you choose to stay elsewhere, there are many options available in the area.
PRESIDENT'S PARTY
Join us for the highly-anticipated President’s Party on the evening of 24th April 2025. Please note that party entry is not included in your ticket price. To secure your spot, be sure to select it as an add-on during your ticket booking. Click here for further details about this must-not-miss event.
Group Discount
Anyone booking three or more tickets will get a 15% discount automatically applied to their booking. This does not apply to our hotel or President’s Party tickets.
Block Booking Discount
A special 20% discount for block bookings of 15 delegates or more is available. Your group of 15 or more must be from within the same practice/corporate group and it must be a single block-booking. Please contact us on info@vmgevents.co.uk for more details.
Aspiring Managers - INCLUSIVE DISCOUNt
Each year VMG sets aside discounted tickets for Administrators, Reception Team (excluding Managers), Client Care Teams (excluding Managers) and Nurse and Vet students who want to attend our congress. We want as many people as possible to be able to benefit from the many opportunities to enhance and develop skills in management and leadership. These tickets will be priced at £274 + VAT (VMG has decided to freeze the price of these tickets for 2025).
